FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR - PENNY FENNER

 Penny has been rigorously trained in management and leadership development, coaching, psychology, education, and Buddhism. The combination of thorough training, decades of experience, and her direct, challenging, insightful and results-oriented approach, distinguishes her from others.

In 1990, Penny completed the equivalent of an MBA in the innovative Management in Action program with Dr. Fernando Flores in San Francisco, (program in leadership, management and coaching). She introduced this work to Australia leading the way for a powerful approach to coaching and organizational development. Her coaching work includes supervision, individual and team coaching and training for managers.

Since the late ‘70’s Penny has studied and practised with eminent masters from Eastern and Western wisdom traditions in India, Nepal, USA and Australia. She was instrumental in helping establish two prominent Buddhist centres, thus influencing the rapid implantation of Buddhism in Australia.

Co-author of Essential Wisdom Teachings - the way to inner peace, author of numerous articles and journal publications, as well as an unpublished poet, Penny is completing her new book based on the unique synthesis underscoring her work:

As well as being a devoted mother, gardener, singer and nature lover, Penny spends several weeks a year restoring and rejuvenating in India where her heart sings to a different beat. She brings joy, passion and vitality to her work.
